The terms and conditions below apply on registration for access to the free areas of Erochain Expo. Before completing your subscription order or registration with the site or events we ask that you read the terms and conditions set out below.

NIP: 7011162342 . These terms may be amended without notice to you. Your continued use of the website, the events or subscription to the publication will mean that you accept these changes.
Solicitation
The website, the events and the publication do not constitute a solicitation to buy or sell any investment. The publication or content of the website and events should not be distributed to any third party without the express approval of TREND EVENTS Sp. Z o.o.
Advice

Event Participation Regulations
I. General Provisions
1. This regulation (“Regulation”) contains the general conditions of participation in the fair named Erochain Expo (“Event”) organized by TREND EVENTS Ltd., located at Aleje Jerozolimskie 85 / 21, 02-001 Warsaw, VAT ID: 7011162342 (“Organizer”).
2. The Organizer’s duty is to conduct the Event in a planned and undisturbed manner and to provide the appropriate organizational background.
3. The participant acknowledges that purchasing a ticket, participating in the Event, and entering the venue where the Event is held is equivalent to accepting the Regulation and committing to comply with its provisions.
II. Participation in the Event
1. The Event participants (hereafter referred to as “Participants”) can be individuals who have purchased a ticket to the Event or have received an appropriate invitation from the Organizer and have accepted this Regulation.
2. The Event is open to adults, i.e., individuals over the age of 18, who can present a document that allows for the verification and confirmation of their identity.
3. Entrance to the Event should occur no later than the start time of the organized Event indicated on the ticket. After this time, the Participant is not guaranteed entry to the Event.
4. The Participant accepts the fact that they may be exposed to continuous exposure to sound levels that could cause hearing damage and to light effects that may cause discomfort.
5. Every Event participant must have a valid entrance ticket and a valid photo ID to enable the Organizer to verify the participant’s age.
6. In the case of named tickets, the Organizer reserves the right to verify the information on the named ticket with the ticket holder’s information. The Organizer reserves the right to deny participation to anyone whose ticket information does not match their own.
7. It is strictly prohibited to distribute materials featuring the image of people participating in the event without their consent. Individuals violating these rules will be immediately removed from the event and may be subject to legal consequences.
8. It is categorically forbidden to present pornographic content at the Expo XII area and external zones belonging to Expo XXI. Exhibitors and participants may not display pornographic content, including engaging in sexual acts such as intercourse or masturbation.
9. Event participants are prohibited from exposing intimate body parts, including the penis and vagina. These body parts must be appropriately covered during the expo.
10. The participant consents to the use of their image by the organizers and approved third parties for promotional material advertising future events organized by the organizer.
11. Distribution is prohibited. The organizers reserve the right to exclude or remove any person from the event or venue who does not adhere to this policy or who, in their judgment, is likely to violate these rules.
III. General Safety Rules
1. Participants are required to adhere to this Regulation, safety rules, occupational health and safety regulations, and fire regulations applicable at the event venue and to follow instructions issued by the Organizer’s staff, as well as to behave in a manner that does not threaten their own safety, the safety of others, or property.
2. The Organizer is not responsible for items left behind or lost during the Event.
3. It is prohibited to bring into the Event venue:
a. Any weapons, ammunition, items that could be considered dangerous.
b. Explosive, flammable, and toxic materials, pyrotechnics.
c. Umbrellas with sharp ends.
d. Any liquids.
e. Animals, except for guide dogs (with a certificate and current vaccinations required to be presented, upon request, to the Organizer’s staff) accompanying disabled persons.
f. Large bags, backpacks, and any large items.
4. The Organizer prohibits conducting commercial, informational, promotional, or advertising activities on the Event premises, except in cases where the entity has obtained separate consent from the Organizer.
5. Individuals who are intoxicated or under the influence of narcotics, psychotropic drugs, or other similarly acting substances, behaving in a way that could endanger their own safety or the safety of other Participants or the Organizer, disrupt the order of the Event, or violate generally accepted norms of behavior in public places are prohibited from entering the Events. The Organizer’s staff is authorized to require such individuals to leave the Event venue.
6. The Organizer is not responsible for incidents resulting from Participants’ failure to comply with the Regulation, not following the Organizer’s recommendations, or not obeying instructions from the Organizer’s staff.
7. The participant is fully liable for compensation for damage to property or injury to members of the Organizer’s staff (employees and collaborators) caused by them or persons under their care. The Participant also bears the same level of responsibility towards other Participants.
8. The Organizer prohibits bringing alcohol and other narcotics, psychotropic drugs, or similarly acting substances onto the Event premises.
9. If a threat to the life or health of Participants is noticed, the Participant is obliged to immediately inform the Organizer’s staff or the relevant services responsible for safety and order.
10. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Event Participants who violate the provisions of this Regulation, especially:
a. undertake actions contrary to the law, good manners, or infringe upon the legitimate interests of third parties;
b. undertake actions aimed at circumventing or indicating an attempt to circumvent the Regulation;
c. undertake actions that infringe upon the legitimate interests of the Organizer or harm its image.
IV. Cancellation of the Event or Other Changes to the Event
1. The Organizer is entitled to cancel the Event for valid reasons, including, but not limited to, force majeure, safety issues of Participants, weather conditions, illness of the performer, or other significant circumstances preventing the Event from taking place. The Organizer will inform Participants about this through the Meeting15 platform.
2. In the case of the Event’s cancellation, changes to the performer or the Event’s program, date, or venue – ticket holders for the Event are entitled to a refund of the ticket price.
3. A ticket holder wishing to receive a refund of the ticket price should contact the Organizer – via email at info@erochainexpo.com within 5 days from the date of cancellation/change in the Event as mentioned in section 2.
4. In the case of a change in the date or venue of the Event, the Organizer may offer the ticket holder participation in the Event on the new date or at a different location based on the previously purchased ticket.
V. Final Provisions
1. In matters not regulated by this Regulation, the generally applicable legal provisions shall apply.

3. The Regulation is effective from November 11, 2023.
